Our Team
Prime Home Contracting is led by partners Dan Yohn and Jonathan Hakala. Dan brings over 20 years of construction experience from running residential construction companies and municipal public works departments. Jonathan grew up in the construction industry, has worked as a construction supervisor, and has spent the past 15+ years in real estate investing, from flips to holding properties.
They’re joined by a crew of skilled carpenters, framers, and mechanical tradespeople, most of them lifelong Lancaster County residents, who take pride in attention to detail and doing the little things right. Meet the team.
